All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. rcw77 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid instruments (unless otherwise disclosed) or payment methods associated with another registered User. Deposits made from non-compliant sources may be returned and the associated Account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction. Amounts are denominated in MYR unless the selected method involves a cryptocurrency, in which case the fiat-equivalent value at the time of processing will apply. Processing times are estimates: e-wallet deposits are typically credited quickly, bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes, and cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation which can vary considerably.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met, and confirmation that the withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable daily or transaction limit associated with the selected payout method.

Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, rcw77 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method. Withdrawal recipient details must match the name registered on your rcw77 Account. rcw77 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets held in a different name.

E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes after internal approval. Bank transfer processing times depend on the receiving institution and may take longer, particularly outside standard Malaysian banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals require network confirmation and actual transfer times may vary. These estimates are not contractual guarantees.

• KYC must be fully approved prior to the first withdrawal request.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before a withdrawal is permitted from the affected Balance.
• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries at the time of the request.
• rcw77 reserves the right to conduct an additional review before processing any withdrawal above defined thresholds.

rcw77 may from time to time offer promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers or other incentives to eligible Account Holders. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of both this Agreement and the specific terms attached to that promotion.

Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means MYR 1,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before a withdrawal is permitted. Game contribution rates apply: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely.

Each promotion will specify a maximum bet amount applicable while Bonus Funds are active, typically in the range of MYR 250–500 per wager. Exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the associated bonus and related winnings. Promotions also carry expiry windows, commonly 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of issue, after which uncompleted wagering and remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the rcw77 Platform. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one Account or operating on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity in connection with illegal proceeds.
• Accessing the Platform through automated scripts, bots or software designed to generate wagers, gain unfair advantage or circumvent security controls.
• Colluding with other Users or Platform employees to achieve outcomes that are not the result of fair individual play.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive communication with support staff or other users.

rcw77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that: (a) any provision of this Agreement has been breached; (b) fraudulent, illegal or otherwise irregular activity has occurred or is suspected; (c) the User has failed to satisfy eligibility requirements; or (d) a regulatory or compliance obligation requires it.

Where an Account is closed through no fault of the User and a legitimate, verified real-money Balance remains, rcw77 will make reasonable efforts to return that balance to the User using an eligible payment method. Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy for any remaining real-money Balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rcw77, its directors, employees, contractors and associated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gambling winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

rcw77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that game outcomes are free from technical interruption. Where a technical fault materially affects the outcome of a wager in a manner that cannot be attributed to a User, rcw77 may void the affected wager and return the staked amount.

The Platform provides information about payment methods, processing times and game mechanics as a guide only. Processing times stated on the Site are estimates and not contractual commitments. rcw77 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, wallet operators or blockchain networks.
